Hello again readers,
This week’s house design features exclusive use of the arch and the circle to formulate the elevations. I really like how this house turned out from the flow of the spaces to the spareness of the elevations. It proves that you don’t need a lot to make a big impact. The main floor’s exterior walls are all brick while the second floor is covered in stucco. The house has 2 fireplaces and twin studies as well as 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A 2 car garage and a swimming pool also factor into the mix. The plan itself is almost a perfect square with inclusions carving out courtyard spaces. One of the primary goals of the house was to blend the inside with the outside. The arches go a long way in accomplishing that feat as you will see in the photos below.
